Importing Pre Recorded Files

Is it possible with Studio Pro to import files from my laptop onto the Studio Pro?

I have practice tracks from various books/guitar magazines that I want to practice to. Can I take a track that I've downloaded to my laptop and then put that into Studio Pro, say as track one, so that I can practice to that track?

Create track one and then just open the file into it. If it's midi, then you have to create a midi track and have a soft synth to generate the sounds.

You can click 'Add Track' and then choose 'Import Audio/MIDI File'.
