Shift-Click pan knobs

Pan knobs can be set to center position quickly by keeping the Shift key down while clicking the knob.

This actually works with any rotary knob.

Well, all right, this was something that I wondered about, and can use right away.

I probably 'ought to' review all the key commands but I know that "ought
to" is probably a clue that I'm going to procrastinate some more.
