Request Handles on Desktop version.

Will we be getting Handles on the Mac version of MTS like we have in the iPad version. Hope so I'd like them for use in the score editor.
The handlers are intended for touchscreens, so they're only available on iPad and Windows tablets.
Note that you can make the MTS user interface a bit larger if you find the score editor notes too small. There's a Size setting in the Studio-->Preferences window.
