Is there plans to support the built in AU that is in iOS.

No. These built in ones don't have a GUI. They've been part of iOS for years by the way, ie. they have nothing to do with AUv3 that came with iOS 9. I expected Apple to update them, but they haven't done so unfortunately.

N Track Studio 8 was just realeased and they made use of them with a simple GUI, it's something you could look into if it's not much trouble to do.
