Change snap grid settings

I've used very old software like Sonar home studio.
I can't change the snap grid settings in Mts, like snap to 16th-Triplet / 32nd etc.
(In Sonar the grid lines never change its appearance but the snap works with what I set)
How do I fix this? Or there is just no such function?
