I have problems with Steinberg The Grand 2 VSTi Plugin.

I have installed Multitrack Studio 64-bit and TheGrand2 is 32-bit.
MStudio won't automatically load VSTi but instead I have to click Slot button to load.
Furthermore, it won't save any VST instrument options in song.
Also, there is a bug. After editing VST instrument options, MStudio can't open any new window, for example if I click some other Slot button, window shows for a second and hide.
I have tried TheGrand2 32-bit on MStudio 32-bit, and there it's working ok.

Look under bridging at the following link. That might fix your issue for now with The Grand 2.

It's already Run bridged, but no good.

I tried MTStudio 32 on Windows 7 x64 with VST Grand2 32, same result.
It seems it's not because of MTStudio, but maybe because of Win 7 x64.

As far as I can see The Grand 2 is pretty old. It's seems to be from the Windows XP area. Are you sure it's supposed to work with Windows 7?

The Grand 2 is from 2007.
It's working ok.
I used it in different VST hosts.
It's working in MTStudio, but it has loading and saving problems as I posted earlier.

Strange, I'm not aware of such problems with any other VST plugin. There's not much I can do about that I'm afraid, as I don't have The Grand 2.

If you can download and try The Grand 2 VSTi on Win 7 64 and MTStudio 64 then maybe you can see the problem clearly.
