Ruismaker and MTS

Bram Bos has updated Ruismaker so it no longer reverts to the default settings when the MTS transport starts.
There's one problem left though: the Tune button of Pad #2 goes to zero when the MTS transport starts. This is because MTS sends pitchbend range messages which uses MIDI controller 38. You can prevent MTS from sending pitchbend range messages like this:
- click the tracks name box to open the editor.
- click the CONTR button in the bottom left corner of the editor
- click the controller name on the left (it will probably read 'Note Velocity' now)
- pick the 'Pitch' controller
- Now there's a small 'R' in the bottom left corner. Click it and set the pitch bend range to 0. This magic value prevents MTS from sending pitchbend range messages.
PS: you may notice the 'R' button sometimes disappears. You can make it come back by pressing CONTR twice. Will be fixed in the next release!
