Using MT for live backing tracks like Ableton Live

I need to be able to repeat a chorus, verse or whatever on the fly like you can with Ableton Live. The way I understand it is that you can use midi to select what part of the song you want to goto or repeat. Perhaps MT can do this and I just don't understand how. They say Reaper can do it using place markers, but I can't figure it out.

MultitrackStudio can't do that 'live'. You'd have to use the Song Editor.
