sound only on track one

when i record track 1 thats okay but when i record track2 to play along with track1 i can not hear track1 the both tracks will not play back together also there is alot of buzzing hissing on track if anyone can help me with this problem much appreciated

What soundcard are you using? Is it Full-Duplex? (capable of recording and playback at the same time)
