Is there a way to convert an MIDI file created in Multitrack into a WAV file to be able to save it to a CD audio?
Thanks a lot.
Johann
Need to convert my MIDI recording into a WAV format.
sure as long as it is ran thru a softsynth, just open a new audio track, click the master button at the top of the screen (near the input button) and arm the audio track and hit record it will mix down the midi track thru the softsynth, to a wave file in the new audio track, that can be exported easy as pie! That is the beauty of the MTS system, with the ability to place a sampler, or VSTi or DXi in the slots after the midi track, it can be recorded just as you hear it in the file.

All I do is, like Robo said, just record the midi track to a wav file in MultitrackStudio. simple simple. As for converting it, like through data
converstion. MultitrackStudio can't do that, not even most software out there already that have the ability to do that isn't very good quality when it processes it....Wait a half a decade or so I would think.
