Use note on event to start transport

Is there a way to play a note (ie:A2) and have a song start playing. I have midi drums and a little string section on a song. The intro is a solo piano part and the midi tracks do not kick in until about half way into the song. I am hoping that when I hit the A2 key the multitrack will start playing the midi drums and strings at that point. If so how would you go about it. Thanks in advance for the help
