Question: what is everyone's favorite vocal widening/thickening techniques? I've tried copying the vocal, pitch shifting by 8 cents, and adding a little delay, which I've read online in several places, but I always hear "phase" type issues. I'm not hearing that "big, thick vocal sound" that you often hear on records/recordings.
What do others use? What's working for you? I'd love to hear!
