Suggestions for playing and recording tracks

I don't know if this option exists already, but when you have 20 tracks and you want to play just two, three tracks, you have to manually click all other 18 tracks to turn it off, it's waste of time.
I need an option that can turn off play for all other tracks, for example click right mouse button on Play button that can show option for turning off play for other tracks.

Also, I think it would be good if you could record two or more tracks simultaneously, so that you can hear one or more instruments at the same time and also to avoid time consuming copy->paste of tracks.

Is this possible?

From the "Help" file - Keyboard Shortcuts...

"Track buttons

The Play, Rec, Mute and Edit buttons of all tracks will be toggled if you keep the Ctrl key down while clicking a track's button."

I refer to this section often for a refresher.

The Pro version does "Live Multitrack Recording". Search the "Help" file for "Multitrack".

Maybe I wasn't clear about what I need.
I want to record one track with MIDI keyboard, and to record score automaticaly to other selected tracks, and also to hear other tracks while recording.
