I have downloaded and used DSK Brass, but I have a problem with it.
It doesn't respond to velocity quite well, difference betwen 20 and 100 velocity isn't big, they sound both very high. Also Volume controller doesn't have effect on it.
Is it VSTi or MTS problem?
Can this be solved?

I have found the solution.
Just set Master level in VSTi to 0.
