spped up or slow down an individual track

Post by stratt76 »

Hi there, I've got the standard edition and my drummer sent me a track that is out of sync by about 5%. Is there not a way to spped up or slow down an individual track rather than having to spend countless hours editing from start to finish? I'm googling for the answer but no luck so far so I thought i could ask here. Thanks.

Are you talking about MIDI or audio tracks?

If drum track is audio track then you could change tempo (not speed) in Audacity.
If it's MIDI, then you can mix it to audio file, change tempo in Audacity and import it in MTS.

See https://www.multitrackstudio.com/editing.php ("Stretching or warping a part").
