Obv your question has a fee parameter options. A couple of ideas..

1. Record more than two separate tracks and whilst playing back, use your panning feature (etc.) on each one.
2. Use the user's note above my reply ^.
3. MTS has a couple of awesome effect features in this regard:
A. Go into effects and find 'stereo imager'. It is ~superb~ for creating a stereo effect on monoral tracks.
B. If you're using MTS Pro and look at the top of the screen, you'll see the SOS function. Use this with the punch/record function. Select the section of
audio you wish to overdub and activate 'rec., punch and SOS' features. This allows you to overdub on a monoral track. Note that you cannot (as far as I
know) edit that section for volume etc., once done- so be aware you ~can~ use the 'undo' function to remove said overdubbed SOS action.

Enjoy!
