I'm sure you all know the guitar introduction to "Satisfaction" by the Rolling Stones. It's very distinctive, bordering on distortion--in fact when I saw them live, I'm sure there was distortion! Which MTS effect or effects should I use to emulate this, or should I use an external pedal without MTS effects?

You should try Guitar Amp built-in effect.

There is definitely distortion with more Treble and Mid than Bass EQ setting, I think.

I personally use Guitar FX Box software for my guitar which has VST that can be used in MTS, but you should try first one.
