Time-correcting lots of transients

Post by jonljacobi »

I think the current method for warping is extremely elegant, however, I sometimes need to correct a lot of transients. Is there a way to do this other than selecting audio and dragging the handles?

I'm not trying to reduce or increase the intensity of transients, merely move them in time. As you do when you drag the forward edge of a selection while holding the Alt/Option key. In other words, if the bass player played the note extremely late, move the beginning of that note forward to on or near the beat where it should have begun.

I guess you'd like to see something like a bunch of handles you can move? That's currently not available.

The current method isn't untenable if the transients are apparent enough.
