Post by Grajnd »

I wonder if anyone has got this problem.. I can't pan the audio or midi right within MTS..

when I turn right with the paning knob the sound disappears and to the left it returns, but no panning or what so ever.

Is MTS the only program on your PC that exhibits the behavior?

I only use MTS. But the major changes I've done receantly was the installing of Guitarport 2,5 and the Golden Eq, before that as I can remember I had no problem with the panning.

will check it out after work.

That sounds like you only have one output channel active..

Check the cables - (obvious - sorry!)

Check the drivers section in MTS in case you only have one output enabled...

thanks snaarman, you were right!

I had only one channel out listening. It was a cable connector for two in's that I cant trust anymore.

major thanks. sometimes you cant see the obious when you're trying to solve a easy problem and you dont know where to start and go blind.. I guess that's what divides the pro's from the amateurs ;-)

Hey - glad to help :)

I wouldn't describe myself as a pro.. you should see me standing looking at the mixer, the outboard effects, soundcard, foldback etc scratching my head:

The power is on, the faders are up, why isn't there any sound ???

(Been there... ?)
