how can i make my own samples to play with the mts sampler?

does anyone have any idea?

or else how can i make my own samples to play in some other sampler that i can use in mts???????

A. you can use any VSTi sampler in MTS, or

B. Download a program that makes sound fonts.

I did this once, as an experiment. Let me see if I can remember:

Rig up a audio (wav) track and record your sample - a single note off a guitar for example. Use the track editor to show it and highlight the active bit from the start to the end of the note, ignore the silence either side of the note.

Then you can click the "Export" button to save that section as a new wav file. Now you install the MTS sampler on a track and open it. Hit "New Patch" the "Edit" then click on "Sample file" and get that note you just saved.

Now you need to set the low note and high note limits that will sound OK for that particular guitar sound. Assuming you don't get involved in the murky world of looping, then you can save that patch and you gave the sound of your guitar spread over X notes on the keyboard :)
