Effects quetion

Whenever i use any effects like the classic series, it never save the setting when i save and close, in other words when I reopen i have to go back to the compressors, and things and redo the settings it defaults to the first setting under presets, if I use the MTS effects it works fine, am I missing something? or onto something?

Hey Robo,

I've never had that problem. My plugin's settings are automatically saved with the song file - I don't have to do anything extra.

Assuming you have all of your plugins in one folder and have designated that in MTS preferences, I don't know what the problem could be.

Looks like a note-to-support time.

Are the effects a demo version ??
I've noticed this happen but only on a demo or trial version or a FREE plugin that is perhaps not fully developed ..

The plugins are the Classic series, and they are not demos, , it just drives me crazy when I open a song and the presets have gone back to the default settings.

Hello! Have you contacted support? If you email them from MTS help, a report is sent to Giel that contains info he can use to determine problems. I would definitely contact him one way or another with something if it frustrated me...not enough time in this world to be unhappy!

Yes i did and he responded as always, the problem is that while it does reset to the first preset position the settings do not change, so it really is not a big problem, nothing has to be reset each time I open it. It is a fix that is on the list.
