Quantize options (another approach)

Thanks for another great update.
Before I had requested that you add some new options to the quantize list-- namely, I'd like to see some other tuplets added to the mix. In one scenario, another sub-folder labelled "Odd-Tuplets" or "Non-standard" or simply "Tuplets" could be added. And in that sub-menu would be ratios that could either be expressed as fractions of a whole note (I don't know why we put so much referential value on 4-beats)-- like 1/20 (quintuplet), 1/28 (septuplet), 1/5 (5 quarters per 4 beats) 1/10 (5 8ths per 2 beats), 1/7 (7 eighths per 4 beats), etc.
Another option might be to allow a user to type-in/scroll-to in an arbitrary number of ticks as the basis for quantization.
