Jamstix causes a memory access violation as soon as it starts processing audio. It does this for quite some time already, unfortunately.
I recommend you ask Rayzoon for help, they should be able to find out what's going wrong.

I contacted Rayzoon several times and his solution after a while was switching to another DAW which I did tried it out of curiosity but I totally didn't like the layout as well many other things. I myself I don't like other complicated DAWS. MTS is my tool and I get things done fast and easy so Jamstix doesn't work well that's to bad for them I've got other ways of getting drums tracks with great sounds. Long lives MTS

That was the reason I stuck with jamstix 3.
