Saw your post, answered as best I could, sounds to me like you didn't read and follow the installation directions very well if at all.
You should take your problem to the right forum, the EMU unofficial forum for the card, members of the EMU development team post over there, lots of knowledge about the system.
Be sure to include your full laptop specs, too.
