HLP. File

Hello, I am an old user from 2003, using MTS version 3.0.0!! I cannot seem to open my help file. Its extension is .hlp. I think I will need an earlier version of windows to open this, but surely there is a workaround. Anyone knows what I am talking about, your "hlp" is greatly appreciated. Thanks
