Just a suggestion: The MIDI option of major/minor cord recording is a great MTS feature, esp. for neophyte musicians or just for quick, basic chordal insertions as backing tracks for non-playing vocalists. However those chords can only be awkwardly touch-triggered during active recording in order to insert them into tracks. Thus it’s impossible to use them accurately. Is there any way to copy/paste or step record your Major/Minor chords into blank MIDI tracks. This would be a wonderful option for non-playing vocalists and/or quick draft recordings.
Thanks,

Copy/Paste or Step-Record MIDI Chords??
Re: Copy/Paste or Step-Record MIDI Chords??
OK, this is probably the slowest reply ever
You can add chords in a pianoroll or score editor like this:
- select or add a note. This will be the root note of the chord.
- tap the MORE button (below the editor)
- tap "Expand to Chord"
- tap one of the chords.
