Enter notes panel still sticking

The enter notes panel is still floating on top the drum track and will not go away. I’m using a pencil (Apple) and I’m writing in the drum mode of the drum tracks this has repeated more than once but only occasionally.

I hope this is fixed in the next release. I've found and fixed an issue that can cause this. But I don't know for sure this is the issue that's causing the problem for you.
