Hey there,
first of all: A very very good update. Every single feature is extremely helpful. Thanks for that.
Second: It looks like the "Apply to track" feature only works with VST Midi Plugins.
I tried two different AU versions of the same VST plugins I tested and it doesn't work with them.
(These are generators itself, i.e. step-sequencers. They do not modify existing note data, but produce note data on their own
maybe that's the problem?)
Thanks & best,
tL.

Which plugins did you try?

Tried with several ones as I have (and work with) quite a lot of this stuff.
Most of them aren't free. But when you have Sugarbytes Thesys, you can test it.
There's also a demo version. Five12 Numerology also has a demo version I think. Here I tested all three versions.
(AU AUMX and VST, only VST works.)
Otherwise, you can test this with the Hy-Plugins. They all have very good feature reduced free versions.
(Hy-MPS, Hy-MPS 2, Hy-RPE, Hy-Seq2, Hy-SeqCollection, etc...)

Again, with all of them the VST versions work as expected, just the AU versions don't output anything when "applied to track"
