Are you referring to the vertical zoom? Yes, my notes are about 1/10 inch, as well.
Support wrote: What happens when you move the finger further down? Does the note move down too?
Yes, but not as fast as my finger. When moving my finger up, my finger catches up and covers the note.
Support wrote: The note should stay where it is until you've moved about 3/4 of an inch down, then the note should start moving down. It does this for me no matter what I do.
It seems more like 1/2 an inch, to me.
Support wrote: It has a 2:1 'gear ratio', ie. you have to move your 2 inches to move the note an inch. This is intended to improve precision. I think I'll remove this for the pianoroll because it's not necessary (besides, the vertical touch handle on the right doesn't have it either so it's inconsistent).
That should help. It will get rid of the finger covering as I move upward.
Support wrote: I think the score editor really needs the 2:1 gear ratio because the notes are too close.
Does it? With a little bit of vertical zoom-in on the score editor, I think a 1:1 ratio would be fine and it would speed things up quite a bit. I suppose 4:3, or 3:2, might be a reasonable compromise. However, make sure there is enough distance above the finger so the note doesn't get lost, even if dragging upward.

In the CONTROL pane, a long press is required to adjust EACH velocity value. That makes tweaking/shaping a phrase pretty tedious.

I'd like it if I could tap & drag values right away, and if I want to draw a shape, press-and-hold for that capability.

I'll consider that. The downside is that you no longer can scroll vertically there, which you can do everywhere else. Yeah, I know you couldn't care less ;-)

I see your point. It's tricky. If I just know that I can use a few areas around the sides to scroll, then I can get right at it with adjusting velocities,
and close the control section when I'm done.
