Hi Giel. I'm getting lockups when trying to access imported .sf2 files. Is there a limit on size? Thanks.

When exactly does that happen?

Importing a 250MB file from AudioShare doesn't work for me. iOS kills MultitrackStudio because it thinks it takes too long. That has to do with the AudioShare importing, not with the SoundFont player.

One other question. How do you remove soundfonts from MTS? Is there a way to do it inside IOS?

Let me also say, the Soundfont player has was a very welcomed surprise. It gives MTS even another option for sounds. I'm hoping we get a Audiobus surprise soon. Thank you.

In the soundfonts list you can swipe over an item (to the left). A Delete button will appear.

This now also works with file import dialogs, so you can delete files from the iTunes file sharing folder.

I think the 250MB problem is inherent to the way AudioShare currently works.

Giel, you're genius!!! THANKS for Sf2 option!!!
I cannot stop to play with MTS from the morning!

Have no problems with the SF's at all, the largest I'm using is ~170mb. Didn't try large ones.

Thank you for the great update. Multitrackstudio is becoming my go to DAW on ios! Am I correct that I can only load sf2 files at the moment and not sfz? I'm off recording again;)

That's correct. If I were you I'd look into converting the sfz to sf2, I don't think sfz will be supported soon.

Lol. Actually I was thinking it may also be a iPad2 limitation. I use another Soundfont app, ands it's limited to under 250. I rarely use any fonts that large anyway.
