Audiobus question

Post by Littlewoodg »

Mr Bremmers thank you so much for the software and support!
And thanks for this latest update, I'm very pleased to now be able to record my remaining favorite iPad instruments into MTS (those that aren't yet IAA enabled)

My question: are you planning to enable midi sequencing via MTS editors for Audiobus input apps, (just as IAA inputs can be sequenced via MTS...)?

Currently you can send MIDI to one app:

1. Tap Studio, then Devices. Now select the app in MIDI Out Device box.
2. Tap a MIDI track's Instrument Slot and load the 'External' instrument. Now the MIDI events are sent to the MIDI Out Device, which happens to be the app. Note that multiple MIDI tracks can use the 'External' instrument, so multiple tracks can be routed to the app.

Sending MIDI to multiple apps would probably be useful. It's on the 'list of thing to be considered', but that list is rather long ;-)

This is very cool!
I only have need for one at a time anyway, or multiple instruments receiving the same midi data...
Many thanks!
