Great app, but ...

Post by lxg75 »

First of all it's great someone finally realized that you can divide
measures and notes by odd numbers!
But a major drawback to me is that you can't save different versions
of a song (save as..).
The only workaround I found is to rename the song, export it and rename it back.
But with this way (if you got some audio tracks) the small iPad HDD gets filled up
pretty quickly.
Other than that you've left the other iOS DAWs far behind.
Keep up the good work!

You've found the only desktop-version feature that hasn't been asked for yet

Wow!
No one needs an exotic extravaganza like "save as..."?
Nevertheless, it would be cool if you could implement it somehow!

Just to be sure: I didn't mean to say it's a bad idea.

Actually I just tested duplicating and renaming a Song (with the help of
a great freeware prog named iFunBox).
All worked well, except that if you delete on of the Songs, the whole
Song Folder is deleted!
And while annoying you with feature wishes, what I'd very much would
like to have is a dedicated Marker Popupwindow with a Play-Marker-Looped Button
and an option to keep the "Add Notes" Mode permanent (maybe with a doube tap
on the "+"-Button.
Last, but none least, I can't praise your app enough!
I think it's the only mobile alternative to a full blown Desktop DAW!

All the best, Alex
