Exporting tracks

When exporting tracks, is there any way to change the default 'tracks to export' to have all the tracks unchecked instead of checked. I usually just want to export one track and I have to uncheck all the tracks except the one I want to export. It would be easier just to check the one I want. Or if you want to get creative have all the files unchecked and add an "export all' check box at the top off the list
