Good evening folks,

I ami using MT studio Standard along with MT studio remote for iPad. Whenever I start MT Remote for iPad, I get this message:

None of the three button actually works. It pops up right on startup and I can't use it at all.

Any hints?

The knobs don't work because the dialog is no longer present on the computer. Interesting.

You can solve this by killing the iPad remote app using the multitasking bar:
- press the iPad's home button twice
- find the remote app
- swipe it up

Now you can launch the remote app again, and the dialog will be gone.

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, this is the first thing I tried, but when I re- launch the app, the popup comes right back up. There's nothing I can do.

Any other tip?

The remote can't display that message if it isn't connected to MTS for OS X. I think there's another copy of MTS running (the message indicates the app is in the Downloads folder). It could also be on a different Mac of course.
