Sustain level

Is it possible to control level of sustain?
Now it's only possible on or off.

I'm missing something here, how and where do you control sustain in MTS?

In MIDI Controller Editor you can control Sustain, but just ON or OFF.
You can select bars and switch sustain ON/OFF.

Is there some VST effect that can be used to control sustain level?
An old thread in cockos pointed to this

I can't load S-CC-Sustain-Lite, it gives failed to load plugin message.
I watched the video that you recommended, I think it can be used to achieve sustain effect, I will give it try and let you know.
