MultitrackStudio 10.3.1 update

MultitrackStudio has been updated to version 10.3.1 in order to fix an issue with audio punch-in recording in 10.3. The audio editors sometimes no longer showed existing parts after a punch-in recording.
While at it, a VST3 issue has been fixed. Exception errors occurred with the u-he Zebra2 VST3 instrument (and likely some other VST3 instruments too).
