mts and ipad os 16 external screen boost

Hello! 
With the full external screen support in the upcoming ipad os 16, there will be no more mobile screen size limitations for ios apps once an m1 ipad is connected to an external screen.
It would be awesome if
a) owners of both licenses (ipad and desktop) would benefit from the full desktop features on an m1 ipad connected to an external screen or
b) it was possible to unlock the missing features compared to the desktop version for the ios version with another iap. It would be worth it for me as it would spare me the purchase of a desktop mac (that I would mainly use for mts desktop).
