Thunderbolt 3 Audio Interface for new MacBook Pro

What Thunderbolt 3 interface should I buy? I have been studying the internet and it's very confusing for this senior citizen. I've been using MTS Pro for years, but I want to get away from my old analog stuff and get my new MacBook Pro involved. Hopefully, someone here has made this exact move and can recommend something for me. I don't need a lot of inputs but need Phantom, outputs for headphones and monitors. Thankyou.
