Hi Hope this finds our fearless leader well.
Giel if you are reading this perhaps you can tell me the answer to this.
Also if anyone else knows the answer please enlighten me.
This has to do with midi tracks not audio tracks.
When I record or pratice the volume is lower than after I record the part.
How do I increase the "pratice and or recording levels" to match the final recorded volume.

Tracks that are playing back go via the Master section. Tracks that are recording or in practice mode do not.

In your case the Master section is boosting the signal, caused by either the fader or effects. You can move the Master fader down a bit, and the track faders up.
