How to record MIDI coming from VST?

Ok, so I know I'm full of questions but I'm just now getting everything setup.
I'm now setting up the Ovox VST from Waves. I'm trying to use it to convert some vocals to MIDI notes. The instructions on how to set it up for FL Studio are in the link below but I can't seem to figure out how to do something similar with MTS. I've read that MTS uses "Omni" so it should be able to receive anything that Ovox sends but nothing I've tried so far seems to work.
