first attempt

Post by axman »

This weekend, I worked on a Carlos Jobim tune "How Insensitive".
The master mixed down to 55megs and then wave conversion was 4.4megs. I dumped the bass/drums bossa nova track to cut the bytesize.... but basically its a track of strings (using my Kurzweil keyboard), a track of piano (using the same keyboard), a track with melody using my old 1925 tenor sax, and an improv chorus using an inexpensive Emerson flute.

I parked the mp3 on my mercedes benz club website space that I've been running for several years.

Awesome axman! Very clean and great playing!

Very relaxing and smooth

Post by Robomusic »

I love this it is a very relaxing tune, great headphone music. I would suggest maybe bringing up the piano in the beginning it seemed to be to far back in the mix, however later it seemed to come to the right level, maybe the sax was forward just a tiny bit to much, I will give a couple more listens. Nice job!!

Soon the release of the Cd "smooth as a babies .... by the Axman!"
