Moog Modular V & MTS

Post by nickb2009 »

When it comes to using Arturia's Moog Modular V "softsynth" we would be lost with MTS :D It's clear, concise layout works wonders with awkward pieces with limited time constraints.....we recorded this piece for a friend's animation project. It required three Mozart themes linked together. It was originally planned to do it all with "real" instrumental sounds, but decided to use the Moog Modular V system instead, however, still keeping an orchestral feel about it. Recorded in a "monophonic" way, except for the celeste-like sound at about 2mins 30 seconds (difficult to get timing right otherwise).

Nice work. The instrument sounds work well together.

I can remember the Moog in it's heyday. Lots of switches, slides, and controls. What do you see in the plugin? Hey, we thought we were "high-tech"! The links not working now, is there a place I can listen to the track?
